Launch: W to NW (sometimes SW), post frontal usually best bet

Elevation: 150'

Rating: Hang 3 (Hang 2 with sponsor), SW member or guest with permit

Cautions: strong rotor to south caused by Goat Rock, winds can become strong quickly

Enforcement: You must have a current USHGA card, Sonoma Wings card and signed waiver in your possesion. Rangers and SW members will check these!

Paragliding: usually not a good idea due to cliff edge causing rotors above 12 mph, making launch difficult. Site can blow out very quickly. P4 site. Mountain at south end of Park may offer better launch conditions.
